Why is there no internet after turning on the accelerator?
Please check if any other VPN/accelerator is running. Turn off all other accelerators and restart Habibivpn.
What to do if the accelerator keeps failing to connect?
1. If using Wi-Fi: Some public Wi-Fi (e.g. CMCC) requires portal authentication. Open a browser and complete the login.
2. If using mobile data: Make sure you still have remaining data balance this month.
3. Ensure either Wi-Fi or mobile data is enabled.
4. If signal is weak, move to a better signal area.
5. Close all other VPN apps completely and make sure the system VPN connection is disabled before starting Habibivpn again.
How to prevent the accelerator from being killed in the background
3 steps (methods may vary by phone brand):
1. Allow background activity: Settings → Battery → Background power consumption → Find Habibivpn → Allow background activity
2. Lock the app: Long-press the app icon → Lock, or swipe up in recent apps and lock it
3. Keep enough free RAM: Close unused apps before gaming
Can't receive email verification code
1. Make sure your mailbox can send/receive emails normally
2. Check Spam/Junk folder
3. We recommend using Gmail, Outlook, or other major providers

Why doesn't the game feel faster after using Habibivpn?
Habibivpn optimizes network quality (reduces packet loss, lag spikes, disconnections), but it does not increase FPS or interfere with game rendering. It only improves network stability.
Game shows black screen, stuck on loading, or crashes
1. Check if your device meets the game's minimum requirements
2. Some games require Google Play Services/Framework. Search 'GO Installer' and install it.

This is usually caused by system instability. Please restart the app or reinstall Habibivpn.
How to check if the accelerator is running in background?
Check your notification bar for a key or VPN icon. If there is none, the accelerator is not running.

Can I delete my account?
Go to Me → Settings → Account Deletion to submit your request.
What happens after account deletion?
Once confirmed, all your account data will be permanently deleted.
Will I get new-user benefits if I register again after deletion?
No, deleted accounts that re-register will not receive new-user rewards.
